The Land Group and its affiliates have vast experience in working with local, state and federal agencies in obtaining a variety of project approvals. We have personally been responsible for the entitlement of well over 10,000 home sites within a multi state region. Our achievements and focus on design have been recognized by our peers which have resulted in being the recipient of prestigious awards. Aside from the traditional residential, commercial and industrial zoning, planning and engineering approvals, we have successfully obtained the following approvals for our clients:

• Project design and budget management
• Negotiated annexation agreements
• Regional wetland permits
• District boundary changes
• Department of transportation access permits
• Sanitary district approvals which have entailed plant expansion requirements
• Various variances from municipal jurisdictions
